Ears are soft and flexible.
You can adjust bottom base of the ears by trimming foam or gluing additional one, to sit well on your fursuit head, but it is not necessary when you combine those ears with our head bases. On some casts foam doesnt expand fully to all corners on bottom of the ear, so you might need to add a little piece of foam on the place where that small bubble happened. It will not affect the final result after furring at all.
